This is a beautiful example of a mani wall.
It looks fairly old and is in the most
wonderful setting. I also have a photo of
this view, here & printed out and hung on my wall. Fav++

I was there in spring 2002, my first visit to
Nepal. We took 30 days to trek around the
Circuit and into the Sanctuary. So many great
photo opportunities, so little film - but
this one was so obviously one of the 'must
have' shots. I can't decide if your or mine
is 'better' but TBH neither are quite like
standing there with that view all around.
This spring I was back in Annapurna for a
shorter visit and missed the Manang part of
the trek, I'm looking forward to going
back....

I like the composition with the leading line
towards the mountain. Seems like a beautiful
place. The blown clouds do become too much
of a distraction.

Thanks for the comment. I agree the blown
cloud is a bummer, but it's that way on the
film so I can't fix it. I love the rest of
this scene though...brings back great
memories of a fantastically beautiful place.
