Kosher Coke?

I am not a Jew but was just wondering about this.

There is kosher for 'all year round', and kosher for the festival of passover, when no wheat can be used in the manufacturing process. The certification process is more rigorous and specific for products (including tooth paste and dishwashing liquid) that can be used over the festival.
