Abstract 10 Originals (founded in 2000 by Jason Jenkins) is art that he describes as "reflecting the grit of the urban street scene in both subject matter and materials." Jenkins is a performance artist, touring throughout California, and his live stage creation also reflects the grit of the streets. His work is described as"rough, rugged and raw." The paintings are not meant to be framed! Jenkins considers the holes, nails and jagged edges sacred to his work. Abstract 10 is abstract Surrealism, abstract Minimalism and abstract Expressionism in its rawest form!
