Cooking, Semi Dried Tomatoes (pt.3)

So now they just sit in the oven for like 5 years.
6-12 hours actually so I will let you know how they turn out. Hopefully something like this.

I'm not really a cook so I hope they come out well.

took them out this morning. they had cooked at 200F for about 10 hours. Put them in a bowl and they are soaking in Olive Oil. They didn't look quite the same as what I am used to but I tasted one and it tasted pretty good. If they get better looking after setting in oil, I will take a photo later.
