Inside a congratulations card

I was admiring this community book in a rare book store in San Diego and Jon gifted it to me for my birthday. Dates inside 1931-1936, all manuscript by many authors in French and English, includes photos, printed ephemera, calling cards, and official French government documents. Seemingly belonged to one Mme William Warren Card, inductee into the French Legion of Honor.
