FFXII: earliest possible Diamond Armlet

This is in Tchita Upland / Garden of
Life's Circle. It toke me 1hr to get this crap! What is supposed to occur at 2.5% chance, turns out to require almost 80 trials! Holy crap. I definitely don't want to try my luck on getting Zodiac Spear in Henne Mine.
