Ball Drop at the Beach Party

This is a scene from the Freedom Festival Beach Party at the Riverwoods Mall in Provo, Utah. One of the most popular activities is when they release plastic beach balls from an overhead net onto an awaiting crowd. People go nuts for these balls and treat them like they are worth hundreds of dollars instead of a few cents. Lots of excitement in getting something for free.
