Well...according to the song, it's Christmas. But, to my friends in the Midwest and Northeast who've had a brutal winter season, spring has to be a wonderful change! So I found this one in the archives to get everyone into the spirit of wildflower season! This was last year in Death Valley. D Breezy and I went out and were treated to the most amazing yellow glow spreading across the valley floor when the sun dipped down below the thick cloud cover. So here's to hoping winter doesn't last too much longer where you live!! It was really windy so i shot it at 1600 iso but still got some movement in the flowers in the middle but I think it still works...I hope : )
P.S. I live in Vegas and it's been a really nice winter for us so far! Ooops I shouldn't have told you that...sorry : )

Absolutely gorgeous wildflowers out in Death Valley. The first song that slipped into the head was the Christmas one from your title! I think it's a great way to kick off the weekend.
