    you could add an extra process at Calendar of

    "Is the request from someone in a position of power and/or influence?
    Yes:
    schedule for specific time
    No:
    Auto Archive calendar immediately and/or set up automatic rule to delete task from calendar.

    Autoarchive is a great idea.... i have a similar feature in my GTD app... it's called 'file under T' ... for trash :-)
