As with pic 9479 - the stamp is not on the photo. Fake?

I suppose this man is supposed to be a mercenary. Many of the black african security operatives attempting to suppress the uprising are of Sudanese and Chadian background. They would have immigrated to Libya before the insurrection and are not necessarily blood thirsty criminals. They are merely following orders. Arab Libyans are known to despise their large black minority population and may inflict violent ethnic retribution.

Would love to know the context of this photo. Was this taken from a dead mercenary, or is it from some poor innocent man who got caught up in the violence?

The time has come to end kleptocracy throughout the world! All citizens should be given a chance to live free and pursue their dreams without running into the barriers of cronyism, tribalism and sexism. It should be a fundamental right for every single human being to have a say in how they are governed and by whom. Government must be open to criticism and subject to change. Too many children in this world have no idea what it means to live free! Let's put an end to criminal states now!
