my first Baechu Kimchi (배추 김치)

this is my first solo attempt at baechu kimchi. i'm letting it set out to ferment faster. hope to try it tomorrow. looks a little like Seoul kimchi, but I added Gwangju flair. Also had an issue with some of the cabbage falling apart.

Alex said it smelled great, though. *^.^*
