Shrine to Kitty-chan  When you're tired of looking at shinto shrines and Buddhist temples at Miyajima, you can walk a few blocks away to the shopping district and take a peek at this shrine to Sanrio's Hello Kitty. The Hello Kitty shop sells a number of Miyajima-exclusive items available nowhere else in Japan or the world.
