We've got 5 empty studios in varying states
of repair upstairs, although there's 2 we
haven't been able to open due to not having a
set of mortice picks. All have leccy and
water though.
Liam, the flag certainly isn't a cheap one,
not that I would know.
They're in an unlettable condition
apparently, renovation work supposedly starts
on the 17th in every flat 'cept ours, but if
we have them all occupied by then then
they'll have a bit of trouble with that.
