In The Kitchen- Coconut Macaroons

    Coconut Macaroons, the easy way.
    1 can (1 1/3 cup) sweetened condensed milk
    6 cups sweetened flake coconut
    2 tsp. vanilla
    (candied cherries for garnish, if desired)

    Preheat over to 350 degrees.
    Mix all ingredients thoroughly. Drop by large two tablespoon balls onto the cookie sheet. Bake for 8 to ten minutes.
    That's all there is to it. These are just yummy!
