When I saw the little thumbnail, my first
instict was that I wouldn't like it. But,
when I saw the full image, I changed my mind.
It's well done. All the pieces fit
together.
I like the slight translucency of the figure
on the left. You don't have to labor to hide
the artificiality of an obiviously artificial
image. The translucency seems to separate
the images in time, for me. It's as if the
image on the left is still forming.
It's also like a special effect or trick
shot from a Melies film, which is charming,
as opposed to the "special effects
wizardry" of the modern digital age.
