I've got everything set except the time/date. The Minimal skin doesn't have the same background image & I can't figure out how to format the date so it shows up under the AM/PM as it does in the screenshot. Can anyone help?

The background is an image. I don't know why is different about the screenshoot.
Did you put the minimal's skin folder in the skin's folder of rainmeter??
I talk about, in my case, documents/rainmeter/skins

I was able to get the time/date formatted the same as yours, but the image that came with Minimal is different from your screenshot. It is a round-cornered, glass-like background, not the dark gradient you show. Any chance you could share the image?
