Drunken Beef

    The top-selling beef dish at my restaurant, Shiok. Beef is stir-fried with a fiery mix of chillies, garlic, and basil. Damn good it is too.

      Ok could you PLEASE add some 5000 kilometres to your delivery radius for the days when i am too tired to cook for myself?? Or maybe we could talk about a franchise chain here in Germany, where it is indeed impossible to get authentic asian food (well, besides cooking it by yourself....) except some japanese.. especially no chinese kitchen here! can you imagine that! Germany is also one of the few western industrialized countries lacking any appearances of "chinatowns" worldwide.. sadly, i must say. whatver- great pics you got there!
