S&A Bethell's 4

I am now able to share a few photos from a bridal party shoot a few weeks ago out at Bethell's Beach on Auckland's west coast.

    © Paul Green. matadordesign.co.nz

Strobist: Single Vivitar 285 through shoot through umbrella to camera right, triggered with Pocket Wizards to balance ambient backlight. Flash probably on full power giving f8 on the subject. Exposure opened up to 1/125sec to allow the ambient to "burn in".

Ah, now I see why you had those practice images with your son. Very nice work here, Paul. It takes patience to do this kind of work outdoors when you really don't have to, so I commend you for the effort and the results.
