Phaselis has three harbours: the 'Northern Harbour', the 'Battle Harbour' and the 'Protected (Sun) Harbour', of which the last is the most important today. A 24-metre-wide ancient street runs through the middle of the city. The 'Hadrian Waterway Gate' is on the southern part of the street. There are ruins of shops and stores on the sides of the street and near these are ruins of public places such as Roman baths, agoras and theatres. These structures are dated to the 2nd century BC. There are water canals between the town centre and the 70 m plateau. Antalya - Kumluca karayolunun 57.km.'sinden güneye dönüldüğünde yaklaşık 1 km. sonra Faselis'e ulaşılır. Kent M.Ö. VII. yüzyılda Rodos'lular tarafından kurulmuştur. Uzun yıllar Likya'nın doğu kıyısının en önemli liman özelliğini korumuştur. Faselis'in üç limanı vardır. Kuzey Limanı, Savaş Limanı veya Korunmuş Liman ve Güneş Limanı. Bunlardan en önemlisi güneydekidir. Kentin ortasında 20-24 metre genişliğinde muhteşem bir cadde vardır. Bu caddenin güney ucunda Hadrian Su Yolu Kapısı bulunur. Caddenin iki yanında gezinti yolları ve dükkanlar vardır. Bunların da yakınında Hamamlar, Agora ve Tiyatro gibi kamu yapıları bulunur. Bu yapıların tarihinin M.Ö. I. ve II. yüzyıla kadar uzandığı ileri sürülmektedir. Kent merkezi ile 70 m. yükseklikteki plato üzerine kurulmuş olan yerleşim yeri arasında su kanalları vardır. Milli park içinde yer alan bu bölgede piknik alanları kullanıma açıktır. Bölgeye karadan ve denizden ulaşılabilmektedir.
