Monday morning started with a little boat trip to the island of Nólsoy, where my father lived as a young boy. A beautiful day and a good start on the week. Fortunately I had my camera at the office and brought it along.

Tinganes is the location of the faroese government. The parliament first met here in 825 and it is one of the oldest parliamentary meeting places in the world.

Leitisvatn is one of my favourite locations on the Faroe Islands. Several traditional stone houses can be found near the lake, and I can easily spend hours by the lake shooting and enjoying the view.
