Es i allan neithiwr i ceisio tynnu lluniau cyfnos/nos, yn anffodus er bod nhw'n edrych yn bendigedig ar sgrîn LCD y camera wnaeth y rhan fwyaf troi allan i fod allan o ffocws. Er hynny mae'r un yma'n edrych yn gweddol da mewn cydraniadiau is.
Went out last night and attempted to take some nice dusk/night photos, unfortunately despite looking wonderful on the camera's preview LCD screen they turned out to be mostly out of focus. This one looks quite good at lower resolutions though I think.

I have problems with focusing in low light too.. I think you got away with this one though! Well done!

I had problems focusing in low light but started using manual focus and also monopod which really helps. Welsh sunsets are the best!

I used a tripod, unfortunately I have a "fake SLR" camera with a digital viewfinder though, and while I did attempt to focus manually I apparently didn't do a very good job :(

due to the incredible depth of field at f8 on the s7000 just manual focus to infinity by focusing till the motor stops wirring and you will get most things in focus

Thanks, I'll give that a go as soon as we get another clear night, whenever that may be! It probably didn't help that I had the aperture all the way open to let at much light in as possible to reduce exposure time and hence noise (at least that was my thinking).
