This is the only way to make it work in a floor. I want it to be able to stand the test of time an so it has be able to be sanded at least once or twice. They are stacked up to 5/16 of an inch to be level with the floor. I am sure to sand down at least a 1/16 which is nearly one whole sheet during the first leveling of the floor. That leaves 4.1:) left to serve time. That is how you make something like shell work for you.
I will be epoxying them together, then I can start cutting out the monster.
