oooh poor bird. it looks so cold and uninviting. i don't like ice....and neither do our birds and wildlife. Great photo of this blue jay on the ice covered branch. I do hope it has food and thawed water some where.

You must have gotten hit by that tremendous ice storm. We had a good one like this last year - February I think it was.
