18th, Second, insert the Wiimote loop through the same Wiimote hole, insert the strap through the loop and pull tight.

17th, FIRST insert the fishing line loop through the Wiimote, insert the strap through the loop and pull tight.

You could put some glue or silicone here if you like and allow to dry but I don't think it matters....

16th, spin fishing line loop around so knot is hidden in the middle of the strap.
