My mom gave me a fab Tupperware mat for rolling out pie crust!
How awesome is my DH? He bought me a 475 watt KitchenAid mixer!! Now I have 2 so I can use my smaller one for whipping egg whites and not have to empty the bowl when I need it for something else.
Removing the laminate flooring we put down. It came up in about 5 minutes since we installed it correctly and didn't glue it down.
