      This is "Keys to Community," a nine-foot bronze sculpture by Philly sculptor James Peniston that was installed in 2007. It replaced "Penny Franklin," a 1971 acrylic bust covered in donated pennies that began to deteriorate. Echoing the spirit of its predecessor, "Keys" is covered in casts of keys given by local schoolchildren.
