Question and puzzling concern???

Are basic math skills no longer necessary with tools like this to do these computations for us? Better yet, get out your cell phones! So, if your cell battery has juiced out, then you may just not be able to cut the math! (January 27, 2012)

Scenic Walk

Just trying to get a little walk in on this thawing 43 degree Iowa wintry day. Sure was a pretty walk. Lots of ducks in this area but we scared most away as we walked by. (Altoona, Iowa)

How Can I Get Down There?

Many, many stops and things to see and do (chase) on our scenic exercise walk today! Saw a photographer with all his gear taking some, what had to be, great pictures of the birds and the water! And here I was with my cell phone camera today. (Altoona, Iowa - January 25, 2012)
