1 Large Egg
1 Slice of Bread
A Couple Shakes of Cinnamon
A Couple Shakes of Nutmeg
A Splash of Milk
1 Peeled Banana
A Handful of Berries
Whisk together egg, milk, cinnamon and nutmeg in a shallow bowl.
Place bread in bowl and allow it to soak up the eggy goodness. Flip. (Don't soak up all the eggy goodness. Leave a little for the bananas. Yes, the bananas.)
Melt butter in a frying pan and place the eggy bread in the hot pan.
While the toast is sizzlin', cut the banana in half then slice both halves down the middle.
One by one, dip the banana in the eggy goodness, then place in the pan besides the toast.
Cook the toast and bananas until both sides are slightly browned.
Serve with berries of your choice.
