A Speedlite 430EX behind a silk white plexiglass was set to 1/2 power in slave mode and triggered by a 580EX II on the camera. The hi speed sync was necessary to freeze the moment and cancel out ambient light. I used the highlight priority mode to prevent blowing out the highlights.

Der Hispeed-Sync war für das Einfrieren der Bewegung erforderlich. Die Aufnahme ist im Tonwert-Prioritätsmodus entstanden, damit die Lichter nicht ausreißen.
