Chorizo al infierno
El chorizo al Infierno (chourizo ó inferno, en gallego) es una tapa típica gallega que me gusta mucho. Se hace cocinando un chorizo al fuego en un cuenco de barro usando aguardiente como combustible. Lo cocina uno mismo en la mesa dándole vueltas al chorizo durante unos minutos. Está riquísimo.

The sausage to Hell (chourizo ó inferno, in Galician language) is a typical Galician food that I like. It is a sausage cooking fire in an earthenware bowl using aguardiente as fuel. You cook it yourself at the table mulling over the sausage for a few minutes. It is delicious.
