i've been sick all week, so this almost didn't happen, but nevertheless we managed to bring this (quite low-key) idea to life just up the street from me at the last hour. thank you kate and tobias for pushing me to the location in a wheelbarrow and helping me out. you rock.

hahahah, great picture:) "Life is like a box..." and so on.... Love the way you worked around the theme. if there is one thing i could say about this picture, it is that it should have been a little bit more centered. Other than that, great shot.

thanks cliff! and you might be right about the composition. in my opinion the shot either needs to be fully centered, like so, or composed to the right, like above. anything in between, like the original, would be neither here nor there. the centered shot doesn't really work for me, so i went for the other extreme.
