Teddy Bear

Teddy Bear

Today, I moved to another place in Austin, in a totally different neighbourhood: less money and more exchange between people .

I meet Sean, a roomate. I'm pretty sure to publish a portrait of him: love his tatoos!

Anyway, he dropped his Teddy Bear on this strain. He was so enjoyed to tell us its story! He handles him with care for 20 years now and I was quite amazed how good its shape was.

Those small objects, which carry a lot of history. Our history. Our difference.

Low Barrier

Low Barrier

I arrived at Lake Travis… instant disapointment: everything was dry, no life.

I walked, walked and passing by this barrier, I realized how paradoxal this situation was.

Yeah, putting barrier on the last wild part.

Milestone

Milestone

Usually, a milestone is this white stone engraved with a number, representing either the distance achieved from the beginning of the road, or until its end.

As we don't know yet when we will die, we can consider our own milestones are unique life events. You can't go back.

And life is funny: two milestones at once. Both connected through traveling.

Warmful, like this sunset. Another beginning.

One God

One God

This little girl was so fascinated by this one dollar bill. She turned it, turned it again and turned it ever again.

With this church's stained glass light, I could not resist to see a parallel/paradox between the One, a bill or a god.

Time to pay kids!

Band of Brothers

Band of Brothers

Traveling from Bordeaux to Paris to celebrate the 30th birthday of a friend and former colleague was definitely a great experience.

People, friendship and love everywhere.

A warm and tender moment.
