Upcoming Pentax / Samsung FF DSLR in here E-500 Panasonic G1 Leica's S2 could be considered medium-format, but will be sized similarly to the top-end Nikon and Canon models. However it will probably cost well into the five figures, pricey and massive lenses not included.
