I decided to check out the crash site before heading to work. I wanted to see what the damage looked like with daylight. Looks like the tree absorbed the speed and energy of the impact saving the pilot from the worst.

I believe this is the only property damage caused by the plane itself. The plane did take out power lines, power poles crash landing into a tree before its final spot in a driveway.
