Wild yeast
I captured some wild yeast from our yard on March 7, 2008 and now appear to have a pretty good sourdough culture going. Can't wait to bake with this.

Used more of a Carolina rub on the pork and Texas rub on the beef, so I really couldn't serve them dry.
