rental main room
we are vacating to move into the finished construction and luckily we had the interim when we were there because the last tenants, while really nice people, were the dirtiest tenants we've ever had (including cat urine gone wild) and had done sloppy paint in ugly colors. We had to repaint every room, and redo all the floors.
