This is a Green Banded Peacock. This is the natural color of this butterfly... really bright flourescent! It's dark green with black speckles and light green in the "V" area, and you can see that both of its tails have been bitten off!

Thanks! Yes, it's an unusual color with the light green swath and dark green with black speckles. I took this pic at the Butterfly Pavilion in Westminster, Colorado.
