Parallels Coherence + WindowBlinds

Here I am running Windows XP in Parallels' coherence mode. The added touch is that I'm using a WindowBlinds Aqua skin for XP, creating a seamless visual presentation between operating systems.

      Wow. Simply beautiful.

And I second the above question.

Mr. Johnson and Mr. Glenn: Yes, 'tis I of IRHS. Small cyberspace. I'm doing lots of web development and design these days, and need to test in IE, hence the screenshot. What are you guys up to?

Also plenty of web development. i've got myself a job at a nice little adult oriented dating company. mostly doing javascript, html and css while leading a little project. I heard you worked at Nelvana for a bit, was it at the main office in Liberty Village, that's where my office is located.

Whoa, never even heard of this. Pretty cool.

LoyalJ: Not Nelvana, Cuppa Coffee Animation doing some compositing work after I finished film school. But I got bored. Looks like the IRHS geeks are still at it, and now we've all got Macs, thereby solidifying our geekiness. Now I'm doing web work at Simply Audiobooks in Oakville (www.simplyaudiobooks.ca - use promo code 15FREE for a free trial! ;)

ohh, well done. i've heard of simply audiobooks. they've got those George Bush based ads i see on bus stops downtown. congrats on completing film school as well. although, don't you find it kinda funny you are back in geek mode? i tried to avoid development and ended up here by accident.

    14. rglenn (66 months ago | reply)

Finishing my degree (last term!) but applying for grad school. And generally trying to avoid trouble, which is difficult with the good Mr. Johnson on the loose.

Wendy says I never left geek mode. I was just seeking an alternate path and wound up back where I started. Only paler. Nice photostreams, by the way. Lots of familiar faces. And good luck with that degree!

Saw this on Digg. Really wish I had a MacBook right now :D I've got a few Windows apps that I could really use. Really annoying to have to use VPC 7

This is the skin I used for the screenshot: www.deviantart.com/deviation/17625638/

Sweet! Seamless like anything. So now the universality of Windows meets the beauty and elegance of OS X.

It's too bad the windowblinds theme uses those ugly ass pinstripes that are used very little in the current osx, other then that it's cool, would probably do something similar if I had an intel mac.

looks pretty good - firefox needs to be themed

I tried this with the Parallels 3 build 5060 BETA and integration is even better!! (MSWindows' windows are shown in Exposé) As someone said, I feel dirty and happy at the same time ;P
