a young friend of mine chihiro passed away last december. it was so sudden that most of us couldn't understand what was going on.
it has been and still is a tough and rough time for all of us who loved her so much.
i bought some flowers at the end of december and they gave me a lot of comfort. now the flowers are gone but the fallen petals are soft and gentle.
i thought chihiro might like them as she was a great admirer of nature.
thank you chihiro for all the nice things and memories you gave me. i love you and i miss you.

この冬はパンデピスを焼くのにハマっていまして、焼くつどレシピや分量を変えていろいろ試み中です。
こういう実験みたいなことは、ご注文のケーキやタルトを焼くときにはできないので、とても楽しい＾＾
次でこの冬3本目となるパンデピスには、クルミとアーモンドを入れるためにローストしました。(もはやパンデピスから離れてきつつあります・汗)
そういえば、暖炉で栗を焼いている……(Chestnuts Roasting On An Open Fire...)というクリスマスの歌の歌詞があることを思い出したところ。
