Potato Pizza

thin pizza crust, thickly sliced potatoes, cheese, rosemary, salt, pepper. Boil potatoes first. Once crust is rolled thin, put a dressing of cheese on top, and bake in a 225 C oven for about three minutes, until cheese is melted. Add slices of potato, then salt and pepper, then add a little more cheese on top. Drizzle with olive oil or white truffle oil.
