Night out with my friend REMOSPE at Rocca de 'Baldi.
I'm starting to get interested in these photos taken under old arcades. It's a great place to photograph.
For a change 'from the usual light painting, I tried to add a new element. Meet my ghost friend!
Disturbing, isn't it?
I find this photo a little unbalanced, lacking a strong element to fill the left side.
I have some ideas for the next sessions...

Uscita notturna con l'amico REMOSPE in quel di Rocca de' Baldi.
Sto cominciando ad appassionarmi a queste foto fatte sotto i portici vecchi. Sono un ottimo ambiente per fotografare.
Per cambiare un po' dai soliti giochi di luci ho cercato di aggiungere un elemento nuovo. Ecco il mio amico fantasma!
Inquietante vero?
Trovo che questa foto sia un po' sbilanciata, manca un elemento forte per riempire la parte sinistra.
Ho già qualche idea nuova per le prossime uscite....

Bella cosa queste uscite notturne.
Sto facendo pratica con i flash ed i gel colorati e vi dirò che mi sto divertendo un sacco.
Eppoi i risultati sono molto interessanti... senza alcun tipo di elaborazione!

Rome, ten years later.
Returning to Rome for an anniversary and the city welcomed me with a postcard sky.
I couldn't wish for more.
Crossing the bridge Vittorio Emanuele the setting sun gave me a warm and wonderful light.
I unleashed the wideangle!
This is just the first of the series ...

Roma, 10 anni dopo.
Ritorno a Roma per una ricorrenza ed il primo giorno la città mi accoglie con un cielo ed una luce crepuscolare da cartolina. Non avrei potuto desiderare di meglio.
Attraversando il ponte Vittorio Emanuele il sole quasi al tramonto mi ha regalato una luce radente calda e meravigliosa.
Ho montato il grandangolo e mi sono scatenato!!

You should know that the market in Cuneo, my hometown, is by far the most hostile place in the world for a photographer. I visited the markets of almost all the continents, but the grunts and glares I get here when I extract my camera are unique and unmatched!
What are they afraid of?. That someone could picture their counterfeit goods? Or that they do not release any receipt? That's too bad!

Dovete sapere che il mercato di Cuneo, la mia città, è il luogo in assoluto più ostile al mondo per un fotografo. Ho visitato mercati di quasi tutti i continenti, ma le occhiatacce ed i mugugni che ricevo qui quando estraggo la macchina fotografica sono unici ed impareggiabili!
Cos'avranno poi da temere? Che qualcuno possa immortalare la merce contraffatta? O che si scopra che non fanno lo scontrino? Brutta cosa.
