When I was at my parents, I found my old pencil crayons. I sure had the collection, with a large amount of greens. I actually got a blister from sharpening them for this shot. Unfortunately, many of them were broken and wouldn't sharpen without the tip falling off (hence my blister in sharpening frustration).
This photo was taken on June 4, 2006 using a Canon EOS Digital Rebel XT.

thats quite a few shades... :) I agree that its unfortunate that some are broken, these shots are best when all are pointy sharp!
I might like this shot even more if the underground werent gray, but white, as white as possible, leaving only reflections of pencils.

good suggestions Christiaan. after my blister incident, i'm not even going to try to get point tips on them, i might loose a few fingers in the process. maybe it's time to get new pencil crayons.
the reflection is of my ceiling, maybe i should try putting a white paper above it to reflect white (or edit in photoshop?). i tried this shot on purple and white backgrounds, but the mirror looked better then those.

I actually got the blister a week ago when I sharped the pencils (but took this pic yesterday). I popped it a few days ago and peeled the skin off. The blister on my finger healed and didn't need to be popped.

thats guys. my fingers are better now.
Metrix: i have some blues (maybe enough to try this in blue) but most of the other colours are just stubs. i guess when i was younger i didn't use green a lot (which is odd, it's my favourite colour)
