      Thanks! It's easy to take great photos in Iceland. I used this one for the Reykjavik article in Wikipedia.

      hmm, for tenuous links, I'm sorry we've never bought forks from Ikea.

      I'll admit that it does evoke forks from Ikea as much as the Viking ships it's intended to memorialize! It looks very forky in some photos, like Forks in the Sky.

      Mostly people compare it to various long-legged bugs, however!

      I run a Flick group called Sólfar devoted to this sculpture. It's interesting to see how many different ways people find to photograph this interesting, odd piece.
