Is this from the book? If so, what do you think of it? I'm thinking of getting it.

Your sweater is gorgeous. I am trying to knit the same sweater now and I'm having problems understanding the pattern. Mind if I ask you a question about the pattern? At which point to do you make the first decrease row and the second buttonhole row? I have the decrease row at row 12 and the buttonhole row at row 13. Is this what you did to make this lovely sweater?

thanks tammi...to tell ya the truth, i knit it so long ago, i can't remember! check out the flickr twinkle group...maybe there's someone making it right now who will know...sorry i can't be more helpful : ) good luck! (link to twinkle group is in the sidebar to the right of the image above.)

No worries. I think I have it worked out. I am writing out every line of the pattern, then I'm counting the left front and right front stitches, once I see that I'm on target, I knit the row. This has helped me keep sane while using this pattern.

Your sweater is awesome. I think I'll splurge on Twinkle Yarn next time. I'm using Lana Grande for mine. It's nice, but not as lux looking as yours. :D

Hi - I found your pictures while doing a search to see if anyone made this cardigan. I was debating, but was afraid it might be too thick and chunky. This is BEAUTIFUL, though, I'm definitely going to get started... gorgeous color, too!

thanks nikooru. i've made a bunch of twinkle designs and this is probably my fave. IMHO chunky knits can be figure flattering if the fit is kept fairly streamlined.
