Nuclear Bunker, Fife
Built in 1951 and to be used (potentially) until the end of the Cold War. Opened to the public in 1993. Slightly overpriced and curling at the edges, but nonetheless interesting, trip underground to see how life would have been for the 'lucky' 300 who would have ran Scotland, if the worst had come to the worst. It's a safe bet there's dozens of these complexes scattered about!
