Another one gone. (or not... updated)
As of this morning, a little house that I would admire daily is now gone (see previous photo). And tomorrow, the one in this photo will also be gone. 1651-53 W Hubbard, built 1884.
Update 10/27: looks like they are doing a gut rehab of this building based on the permit requested.

Bye Bye House.
1649 W Hubbard, built in early 1880's. On the market for the last few years, sold for 100,000 dollars on Oct. 1st, and gone as of this morning. My heart broke a little this morning as I biked by while they were tearing it down... I have been in love with this little house for a while. Five more buildings on the block are also for sale and one is in the midst of a gut rehab (see next photo). Alas.
