In my last image I showed a photo of a cheerful farmer who was minding his herd of water buffaloes. Here is a view of some of the surroundings he shares with other fellow farmers. Given such beautiful scenery, he certainly has a lot to be happy about.

A friendly Chinese farmer who allowed me to take his picture in Yangshou, China. At the time he was watching over several of his water buffalo that were standing in a nearby stream.

Canadian Seagulls don't seem to mind standing in ice cold wintery water for hours on end. It was about -2C out when I took this image. The bird is standing on submerged ice.
