Taken through the car window on a very wet road. I liked the effect but wasn't sure how to present it in a photo. It was fun trying out various things in the end all I did was increase the contrast and colour and ad a vignette.

Australia is being flooded at the moment. This represents how some of us are feeling just a little overwhelmed by all this water. If its not drought its floods. What a place!

This is a little church in Tumbarumba. I think it is now no longer a church but someones home. We wondered around this small town at the foothills of the mountain for ages just enjoying the old homes and a nice coffee at the teddy bear cafe.

Since this photo was taken there has been serious flooding in quiet a few country towns around Australia. Those clouds make us look pretty insignificant, hey. This photo is made of 10 shots.
Can anyone tell me why my photo is more colourful in flickr than in photoshop? I converted it to sRGB from Adobe 1998 so I cannot understand why the hyped up colours.

Dashed around like a mad chook as soon as I got there. The sun was still bright behind me and the cloud front was moving quickly towards us. I ran up the nearby steps to get the best shot I could get.
