We visited a farm called "Sheep World" in New Zealand. A tourist farm that raises many sheep. They had as their identification markings pink paint that would come out when the wool was processed. I captured this close up with the intention of making a shot like this. This is the version after much work with Photoshop. It was a very sunny day and the colours were all washed out. The old Eaton's department store building in Saskatoon, now is the board of education. This building was built by Eaton's, and for a time was home to an Army & Navy store.

The old photograph was taken in 1950, the new one in 2010.

From my June 2010 visit to San Francisco. It took a while but I got a nice shot without cars or people in it.
