kung pao chicken...sort of

    Easy! Cut up the chicken breast and about 2-in of ginger. Stir fried the chicken in sesame oil, added the red pepper flakes then took chicken out of the pan. Added ginger and green beans (which were frozen.) Then added a 1/2 cup of some sort of Asian sauce (all in Japanese, so I'm not exactly sure what it was) added the chicken back in along w/peanuts and let everything warm through. So much better and faster than take out.
